How SimpleAITrade Works
SimpleAITrade connects securely to your Alpaca brokerage account using API keys. Your money always stays in your own brokerage account – you stay in full control.
- Create or use your existing Alpaca account. Your funds are held by Alpaca, a regulated broker.
- Generate API keys in Alpaca. You create a key and secret inside your Alpaca dashboard.
- Connect your keys to SimpleAITrade. Paste the keys into the secure API setup page (read-only or trading access, as you choose).
- Let the AI do the heavy lifting. SimpleAITrade analyzes markets and builds a clear investment plan tailored to your risk preferences and goals.
- Choose your automation level. You can use:
- Signals only (you place trades manually)
- Trade suggestions with manual approval
- Auto-execution within your rules and limits
- Stay in control at all times. You can pause, change settings, or disconnect your API keys whenever you like.
